Could cutting the universe in half be used as a speed feat?

I'm working on a new verse for the wiki and one of the characters cut the universe in half. Could this be scaled to his attack speed in any way?

If they did it via moving across the Universe then yes, if not it's just Range.

Yeah depends on the nature of the attack, if it is a technique that instantly cuts the universe, it range, but if it is done via an attack that actually goes through it, it gramts speed

That's technically higher than 1-A if taken literally

If the slash movement covered the entire universe diameter, yes.

But if it's just a poke+prod+split apart with leverage, then it's just range+AP and not speed.
