Is the Cosmic Cube baseline Low 2-C? I wanted to know because I was going to write something involving it that had other Low 2-C characters. How would it scale against Gods of Destruction in Dragon Ball, or even Jiren, for example?

Well the profile specified "4 Dimensional Space-Time Continuums" so it seems to be multiple times baseline.

And I have a secondary Cosmic Cube question: can you use it and wish all of its power to be absorbed by you?

The Cosmic Cubes are plannned to be upgraded to 2-A once the Revisions take place. They would stomp them to heck & back
