Korvac had a fight with Starhawk, which literally took place on every plane of reality once. And its hard to say its a over-used hyperboles when multiple planes of realities are not only mentioned, but expressly shown on panel. http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/10/102593/3772709-0+(18).jpg http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/10/102593/3772710-0+(19).jpg http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/10/102593/3772711-0+(24).jpg http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/10/102593/3772713-0+(28).jpg http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/10/102593/3772714-0+(29).jpg http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/10/102593/3772716-0+(32).jpg

Conclusion: I believe cosmic cube should be upgraded to Multiversal, it has lots of consistent feats at that level which contradicts it having the power of a space time continuum

We will have to update our cosmic cube ratings eventually, but we cannot use non-canon crossovers, such as with X-O Manowar, or non-canon Marvel stories such as "Spider-Man and the Secret Wars", or mere unproven bragging (such as from the Magus), or out of context unclear handbook quote snippets, or Marvel's generally extremely inconsistent scaling (such as supposedly being stronger than the In-Betweener, who was suddenly treated as an elder of the universe, rather than a cosmic entity in this story) to do so.

I'd have to analyze each scan. Right now going to do dishes.

I will say that Molecule Man's feat does not scale to other Cubes. His fight with the Beyonder was more of a fight with himself, and due to the nature of his powers he does not scale to other Cube Beings.

I can post more, concrete feats if needed.

That could be helpful for when Matthew eventually revises the profiles.

Okay, looking at each scan individuality:

  • 1) Out-of-context Handbook scan. I don't even know which story this is from.
  • 2) The battle between Kubik and Adaptoid is stated to be going to affect infinite dimensions and universes. This is a legitimate statement, albeit super high-end.
  • 3) "Omniversal Planes" sound like a meaningless word-salad, but the destruction and subsequent recreation of multiple multiverses appear legitimate. However, as mentioned, this is from a non-canon crossover.
  • 4) Spider-Man had the power of the Classic, Pre-Retcon Beyonder in this storyline.
  • 5) A Cosmic Cube having the power to kill the Elders of the Universe makes perfect sense. The In-Betweener, however, is not a legitimate Elder, and is far more powerful.
  • 6) I fail to see what the Ultimate Nullifier has to do with the Cosmic Cubes.
  • 7) This is a legitimate feat, but if you read the storyline the context is that Molecule Man is going through internal conflict with himself, and unconsciously recreates The Beyonder, and the two battle for a time until The Beyonder is gone again. This is a feat for Molecule Man, not for generic Cosmic Cubes.
  • 8) "Power of Infinite Universes" is 2-A. High-end, but legitimate.
  • 9) The Reed and Red Skull Feats aren't anything?
  • 10) Starhawk vs Korvac being fought on multiple planes is hax. It affecting both Korvac's universe and Earth-616, and threatening to destroy them both is 2-C.

Thank you for the evaluation help, although "Spider-Man and the Secret Wars" story was part if a series of out-of-continuity stories, and I do not consider a boast from the Magus as proof. Within the "Avengers: Back to Basics" story itself his power with the cube was quite limited.

I also think that the Super Adaptoid statement is likely referring to "dimensions" as adjacent universes with different laws of physics, as Marvel has recurrently tended to do. It makes better sense as 2-A than High 1-B.

It wasn't in continuity as far as I am aware though. Marvel released it as part of other non-canon retellings of events such as "Captain America and the Korvac Saga" and "Avengers and the Infinity Gauntlet".
