Starjun if it's demon world tournament arc. A better fight would be hiei during the three kings arc.

Oh my fault then. It'll be a close fight but I'd say Starjun, because of him learning ultimate routine on the spot and being able to push beyond his normal limit which was high to begin withAnimeFighter said:
