Content Revision Thread Rule

Out of that debacle with the absurdly obsessed DBS fans who refused to make any content revision threads and simply tried to pester us into submission, one good thing might come out of this.

It made me realize that there's no actual written rule on our Editing Rules page about Content Revision Threads. It's basically been unspoken policy.

Given how integral they are to making sure this place functions as it does, I feel we need to draft one, at least to set things in stone. I was thinking something along the lines of:

When making sweeping or extremely significant changes to an established and/or popular character or verse, please make a Content Revision Thread first so that it may be evaluated by the Staff and the community at large to ensure that it falls within our guidelines.
Thoughts? Concerns?
