... Seriously dude look up videos on martial arts techniques at least, it could help with your profile in terms of combat skills and experience to an extent (both theoretically and in real life, though having experienced and skilled teachers/mentors/coaches/trainers and classmates/partners to spar with would still be better).
Either way, I think I'd vote Apple winning/downplayed composite human losing.
Both sides have 10-A tier and AP, Athletic speed in good condition.
Apple has higher max lifting strength though both may have equal striking strength.
Apple has higher durability and possibly higher endurance since they'd be able to fight through at least minor to moderate injuries while downplayed composite human would immediately be in a worse state/condition and would be less capable of fighting once suffering injuries.
I'mma assume downplayed composite human has at least average stamina so slightly higher than Apple, but Apple should still have higher pain tolerance due to durability feats so both should be even to an extent.
The range and absence of equipment other than clothes should be equal.
The "stupid nerd" bit is a wack paradox, but I'mma just go off of theoretical minimum and maximum, so while Apple's Below Average intelligence would outdo downplayed composite human's Mindless intelligence, but downplayed composite human's Genius intelligence would outdo Apple's Average intelligence.
No idea what physical measurements would be for the composite human, for all we know they could be anywhere from 54.6cm to 272cm and 635kg, but then again it's most likely that they would be average human so should be also likely/probably smaller than you.
Going off of physical stats Apple would win, but if the downplayed composite human actually had genius intelligence the downplayed composite human would potentially have much better fighting skills than Apple.
Though then again, the downplayed composite human would still have the same weakness to being injured, which means Apple, due to size advantage, would be being more likely to land the first technique and set the pace of the fight (though the downplayed composite human would be able to more easily counter Apple's techniques with their own techniques).
So, with all that considered, as said previously, I think I'd vote Apple winning/downplayed composite human losing.
