CH has 2 handguns, one combat knife, one assault rifle and one katana, he knowns about Archer's powers; meanwhile, Archer isn't allowed to use non-realistic powers (psyquic, elemental, etc.) but can still use any "power" that it exist.

Even in a neutral territory CH knows all the ICBM launch codes and stuff, so it's probably best for you to give it a set list of weapons and such.
