Both have a day of prep with knowledge on the others abilites.

No weapons higher then wall level.

Speed Equalized.

Victory by any means.

So... Basically, the movies, but there's only one camper, he actually know what's going on, is armed to the teeth, and could just gun him down with miltary grade weapons from a ship 1000 yards away, where Jason can't attack cause he's afraid of water?

Seems legit.

Jason has gone swimming plenty of times in the films. Freddy was only able to exploit it because he was in his mind. Also Jason could just teleport to the ship.

How far away was the boat?
I don't remember the exact distance but it was farther then throwing distance. He also teleported all throughout new york once.

And Composite Human could just blow his head off and burn the remains for good measure.

Jason has high-mid regen and it only takes a few hours.

Unless CH is vastly out-damaged or out-haxed, he wins every time. CH has mastery in every knowledge ever conceived by man. He would be the best engineer in the world to construct traps, the best strategist possible, and has knowledge of every close combat and ranged marksmanship discipline created. That intelligence is outrageous. Given preparation he is good to go.

CH wins Low difficulty.

Should I remove prep time?

Jason resists extreme heat and fire. He's been set on fire before and completely ignored it.
Oof.

In that case, Inconclusive. Jason is completely outmatched in combat, but the Composite Human has no way to kill him permanetly.

Wait, sba states incapacitating is considered a victory after 1 hour, so CH wins

Oh. It says any means, I guess. Composite Human blows his head off, chops him to pieces with a greatsword, buries him underground and leaves.

Also, standard battle assumptions saaayyyyy

incapacitating the opponent by putting him in a state in which he can not harm the other fighter(s) for over a day

So yeah.

"knocking the opponent out for at least one hour, "

That only applies if they are not knocked out, so this takes precedence.

Well, considering that Jason is a zombie, probably not going to happen. I'd bet the Composite human would just blow him to bits and bury him.

I'm pretty sure blowing him up counts for the above, and his regen takes hours.

Composite blows him up, freezes the pieces in liquid nitrogen, and puts them in containers and throws him to the bottom of the ocean, or blows him up again with more grenades while he regens.

There's really nothing stopping Jason from just teleporting behind CH and snapping his neck. He could literally come from any direction, with no warnings or signs of where he's gonna TP, so it's pretty hard to prep for.

Also, this Jason was given an intelligence boost from Freddy in one of their team ups, which easily allowed him to perceive, analyze and counter a trap set up by a team of trained government agents.

Shift also allows him to disappear and travel short distances unnoticed and bypassing any traps, so he can remain hidden from CH's eyesight and basically phase through his traps.

CH also has no means of countering Jason's heart hypnotizing him into eating it, allowing Jason to posses his body.

CH has massive Durability, especially in his bones, is as smart as every human ever, I assume both are in character so I highly doubt Jason would just teleportation spam anyway, CH has access to military grade weapons, and has prior knowledge of all of Jason's abilities. The only thing he might not be able to beat is the heart. Is there any context you could give?

If Jason is capable of teleporting behind someone instantly and killing them he would just always do that. There has to be a range on it.

Intelligence boost is nothing. He was able to bypass a couple traps made by government agents, not traps designed by every genius ever known and those said government agents combined.

CH doesn't need eyesight alone to detect Jason. He would also have incredibly heightening hearing due to the many blind people that have had their hearing bolstered as a result. In addition he would probably still leave footprints or the like, unless he can hover while moving.

The heart thing is odd. How strong is this hypnosis? There are many people in real life who are skilled in the art of hypnosis, and there are some who are unable to be conventionally hypnotized.
