Urbach-Wiethe disease. Esentially, the person in question lacks the capacity to feel fear. Like Pain Immunity, this isn't a positive in the biological sense, but it is a positive in a combat context, so I feel this should be added.

Maybe. IDK, Immunities are usually tough to give out, but if others feel like this is an immunity (as it's rather the biological incapability to feel the emotion), it should be added as such.

Still, it's dubious as to wether or not immunity to pain is a good thing. I mean, if it wasn't for pain your arm could be on fire and you wouldn't be able to tell unless you saw it

I feel like pain tolerance would be better, since there's probably some person on earth who feels pain but can completely ignore it.

There was an episode of Stan Lee's Superhumans where they found a guy who shoved large needles through his arm. Wouldn't say he can completely ignore pain but its something.
