Command Block and Bedrock durability change

Although the page for the Command Block has its durability at High Universal, other Story Mode characters still have the Moon level key for some reason. First of all, I do not agree with that calculation in the first place, because it uses random info from a random website or whatever which claims that 238,775,501.2 meters wide explosions can destroy it because of its blast resistance being "18000000". The main reason I do not agree with that is because that would be impossible to achieve in the game itself and it dirrectly uses the blast resistance as proof, which could be argued as a game mechanic. Also, I'm really skeptical about that information since most sites I visit show the Command Block to have a blast resistance of only 3600000. But, again, even if it uses the correct blast resistance, I fully believe the information is like 99% wrong. I can't find the source of that information anymore, but I remember that it just wasn't right at all.
I think that key for Command Block or Bedrock should be considered a Game Mechanic since, even if you were to create an explosion that large with TNTs, it wouldn't be destroyed. High Universe level Durability can stay, because the Command Block is regarded as a Reality Warping machine which can control the Infinite Overworld and it gave Wither Storm enough power to destroy the entire Minecraft World. The real reason Command Block has a finite value is because the game can only handle finite values, not that the Command Block scales exactly to that value.

Anyway, I might be wrong about this
