Cole via Nightmare Blast and Life Energy Absorption (Pretty sure that Life Energy Absorption would work against a lifefiber infused human right?) to bypass her Regenerationn.

Ryuko's reactive Evolution is beefed enough to increase Regenerationn speed mid fight, so, she'd probably just Regen off life SUCC, especially if it doesn't have feats of bypassing Regenerationn far greater then one that would allow someone to heal from blaintly fatal wounds. Shenketsu can also evolve to succ the smoke potentially, or Ryuko could just evade. Or they don't even get close because her sheer willpower as a 7-C is enough to blast full grown humans away, things that are significantly Heavier then poison smoke.

Ryuko could also hit him once with 645.303066146670 Petatons vs Baseline, 4.435 Petatons, a much over 100x difference when 5x is enough to One Shot.

He does have a bit of good Hax, but with an attack that overwhelmingly oneshots with massive AOE (note: this sort of stuff), I can barely see him thinking out a strategy before he gets turned to mush.
