Both have ten days of prep and prior knowledge. However, they are only allowed their standard equipment.

There is apparently a batman thing for 1-A fate manip for similar reasons to Archie Sonic. It's really stupid but this is F&G so

Well I was recently informed about some of the more insane things Batman has done in the past with prep like Brother EYE and stuff, and then suddenly High 1-A weapons, but idk if the out there stuff is "standard"

It's something about how he, like superman, represents an integral tenet of the multiverse so stuff ends up being altered to preserve those archetypes. I think there is a pretty easy out to it though, in that the standard neutral ground isn't the DC multiverse.
