Is it alright to make profiles out of the Code Geass manga? And are they canon or not to the Anime? Manga like Nightmare of Nunnally which seems to take place in an alternate reality.

I guess you could make profiles for characters in Code Geass Manga. I don't believe the manga is canon to the anime since iirc, in the Code Geass manga, there is no Knightmare in the slightest.
