During Boruto chapter 75, Amado reveals the existence of Shinjutsu (Divine Techniques) that the Ōtsutsuki Clan uses. Amado had revealed that the Kāma seal that Boruto, Kawaki, Code, and Jigen received is a Shinjutsu ability. He also revealed that the unnamed Dōjutsu that Isshiki later inherited by Kawaki is considered a Shinjutsu, the abilities using Sukunahikona, Daikokuten, the Disruption Cube, and the Black Rods that are from Isshiki's unnamed dōjutsu are all considered Shinjutsu abilities. He also revealed that he had implanted the DNA of Shibai Ōtsutsuki into Kara members like Code, Ada, and Daemon. He also considered Code's Claw Mark to be a Shinjutsu ability, He also reveals the abilities of Shibai that he had implanted into Ada and Daemon. Ada's Senrigan and Daemon's Reflection ability (which is called "Reflection Shinjutsu") which originally belonged to Shibai Ōtsutsuki is also a Shinjutsu ability. He also deems Ada's allure (entrancing or enchanted) ability to be a Shinjutsu ability but Momoshiki who claims to have knowledge of every Shinjutsu in existence, does not deem Ada's enchanted ability to be a shinjutsu as he never heard of it. But later in chapter 76, he claims to have identified her ability. Maybe possibly implying that shinjutsu did not only come from Shibai and maybe that there's another Ōtsutsuki who possibly became an Ōtsutsuki god who has the shinjutsu ability to enchant other people's hearts with the exception of Ōtsutsukis and blood relatives. Amado also revealed the Kāma seal that he rebranded Kawaki with has been modified and stores the DNA or the data of his late daughter, Akebi in a plan to have Kawaki brand a clone of Akebi with a Kāma seal in order to revive her. Although Amado does not know if this will bring her back as a human or as a Ōtsutsuki.
