Deriving from the previous content revision thread, where we yielded a possibly Low 1-A rating for the Imaginary Tree with initial arguments for 1-A Cocoon of Finality. However, the CRT wasn't entirely finished and this thread is intended to entirely conclude the previous revision.
As said, in the previous revision, the Cocoon of Finality is the sole existing Imaginary Singularity and the Imaginary Singularity carries no dimensional information and has been said to not be a real point, therefore it's a non-existent void completely lacking space nor time.
A void that lacks space and time can be a perfect exemplar of a 1-A qualitatively superior structure if there is further context that supports it. The Cocoon of Finality is said to have transcendence over all dimensions, and the term "dimensions" under the context is said to be actual perpendicular infinite axes of space. With that said, the Cocoon of Finality existing as a void devoid of dimensional information (including space and time) and with a statement having transcendence over all dimensions, should at least serve as a basis for a 1-A rating.
According to the Cocoon of Finality article for the official Gamepedia for Honkai Impact 3rd, the Cocoon of Finality's power dwarfs the power of all of Herrschers except for the Herrscher of Finality. This, however, includes all of the other Herrschers who are already Low 1-A via scaling with the Imaginary Tree.
From this timestamp of the Final Act of Chapter 35 of Honkai Impact 3rd, the Cocoon of Finality has been directly referred to as "Narrator". I should also mention that the Cocoon wasn't called the "Narrator" out of nowhere, but this "Narrator" entity has appeared since the start of the Honkai Impact 3rd story and has been narrating throughout the main storyline. Even at the start of the same video, we can see the Narrator (aka the Cocoon of Finality) narrating the story from an author's point of view.
The Cocoon of Finality retains omnipotence over pretty much everything Honkai-related, stemming from Imaginary endings. With that said, anything Honkai-related will contain the Sea of Quanta and the Imaginary Tree/Space. As to how the Sea of Quanta and the Imaginary Tree/Space are related to Honkai, I don't think I need to explain due to being rather straightforward, but here's a scan that says Honkai events are frequent occurrences a part of it.

One of the users here @Rakih_Elyan talked to me about the Cocoon of Finality being able to be washed away by the Sea of Quanta and fought against the Venusians. However, it should be addressed that the Cocoon of Finality was once initially an alien civilisation. It was said that the battle between the Cocoon of Finality and the Venusians occurred millions of years ago, even before the birth of the Previous Era Herrscher of Origin. Therefore, the Cocoon being swept away by the Sea of Quanta was chronologically before the states regarding the Herrscher of Finality, Narrator entity, omnipotence over all Honkai-related phenomena and transcendence over dimensions stuff. With that said, we can easily deduce that the battle occurred when the Cocoon of Finality was still an ancient civilisation, before it became a singular omnipresent entity within itself that caused it to ascend into "qualitative superiority".
