@Overlord

Gil not doing that stuff is his own fault, so it isnt a stomp. The first thought goes, but it will take a few seconds to realise that Gil isnt bleeding out

But it's a stomp. That, or the precog does not matter and its inconclusive

You just said he talks in battle, so he talks instead of thinking and loses

That's not a stomp, that's him not being bloodlusted which is his fault

1. If that is true, then yes, he wins. However, no one in the thread approached it under this premise. Go make a redux under a different premise if you disagree

2. They ignore durability, so it does not matter. The principle responds much the same way as the city block level dudes. Strange will be effected the same as anyone else

7. Yes, he does. However, it's not a stomp, since she can can BFR at the same time and she gets screw spawned and suck him in, but it's unlikely she would do this in character
1. They don't have to, that's common sense

2. 8B screw hitting 9B is a death no matter how you put it, sure it still affects higher beings but that doesn't mean it won't do anything to people much lower on tier.

7. She can BFR, but it's not fast enough if it's really both answers like you say.

1. Considering the thread did not think so, you are in the minority

2. They are basically telefraging so they bypass durability. If they hit a bellow average human the same way they hit an 8-B, then the 9-B gets hit the same.

7. In character it takes a few second. The activation is instant, but it takes a few seconds to succ. If it gets activated he is already gonna get the succ so it's a stalemate. That is why it is not a stomp

@Iapitus

Still a stomp since Gil having a chance to win would need him to be extremely OoC

And about angel dog, since it takes time to active the ability Kasu just lolbookmarkblitz everytime and the dog has no actual win condiction

It being out of character to use his win conditions is most of the reasons why Medaka's matches are losses but not stomps. It still isn't a stomp because he just needs to basically activate Ea to win, but he won't

Only takes time to activate in character, not out of character. She can also drop the portal behind him and then even if he blitzes he still gets succ'd and BFR'd

A match not being claimed as stomp because the losing character has an extremely OoC way to win is honestly stupid

If they talk to him, which they won't.

What?

So those matches are Stomps, k.

Nothing, ignore that

Which matches are? The ones we just went over not being stomps or the ones there is still contension over?
The first

I think we should just do a vote count on whether or not this and the zither Misogi matches are fair, Dio vs Yang got solved that way

I didn't know this was a thing. Its been a while since I've seen any DP series battles.

Either way Clockwork typical roundabouts in starting character go with forwarding and Reversal time motions before going into completely timestops. The ghost only appeared in like 4 episodes throughout the entire DP series. Plus, him leaving Kumagawa in place is kinda last on his list in things via in character options of battle.

Danny Phantom and Clockworks fight, after Clockwork went with forwarding and reversing Danny in time before completely pausing Danny in time. Afterward he immediately went for the kill with a Scythe only for Tucker to save Danny by removing the scythe from Clockworks hand and giving Danny the Time medallion.

Overall, even with Omniscience on Clockwork side in character Clockwork has never lead with timestop immediately during battle even with in fact he attempts to go for the kill as seen in Danny Phantom season 2 episode 28/29.

@lapitus

There is no smack down. You instantly jump on someones comment without knowing the context.

@Mr. Common Sense

You do realize Clockwork never actually intended to kill Danny right. He did everything the way he needed to, so he could get the timeline he wanted to happen. It's literally stated at the end of the episode he appeared in that he knew this was going to happen and choose the right path. That's why he only played with Danny, and let him escape through a Portal to the future that Clockwork left open so he could.

He was just stringing Danny along. You cannot use his fight with Danny to justify him not leading with Time Stop especially against an opponent like Misogi. With Omniscience he will lead with Time Stop period, if you're only evidence for him not doing so because of his "fake" fight with Danny then it's invalid. Their was never an actual "going for the kill", Clockwork never intended to kill Danny.

If he really wanted to beat Danny he would have literally just froze time when the Observants first told him to while Danny was in the school, in his human form and bodied him.

Anyway, I'm closing this, Clockwork won. If anyone has a problem with it you can go and request it be removed on the Vs Match Removal thread.
