Cletus tries to keep or kill a new pet Ratt (Bug-Eaten) (3-0)

Somehow Cletus decided to keep a pet rat, but would obviously kill it if it disobeyed him. And, as usual, Bug-Eaten said eff you Cletus and then the two fought.

They met at New York Central Park (picture) where Cletus was on ground level near some trees, seeing a hostile looking rat, Bug-Eaten, standing on the ground level near some trees too, starting at 60m apart. Cletus started as Carnage as the fight started and could see Bug-Eaten as a hostile rat but could not see Ratt as a stand.

Speed equalised, victory by incapacitation, KO or death, else SBA.

How would poison spread through carnage? Can't it just throw out the parts of itself that are affected?

Carnage takes this. He separates every melted portion, regens, gets closer and repeats until BE is a splattered mess.

This is a stomp if the only power that BE has is negged by Carnage, other than the stand it's literally just a rat.

Technically, if he cannot throw the darts fast enough, he may still lose. And Ratt technically can hurt Cletus.

Even if Cletus can still win, since this is speed equalised match, he will still take some hits before touching the rat and win. And he needs to throw away some parts and move on and takes time to regenerate.

Question before closing or whatever:

Should the regen user in question needs some artifacts or a biomass supply, would the low high regen user still stomp BE? Would speed unrestricted matches stomp even harder?

Mel won't be a stomp since Ratt could kill him by hitting the orbs but Mercer would since he would be able to kill him before he became close to running out of biomass.
