Claw regen/power null resistance removal

The Claw isn't an abnormality, so i'm not sure why it has abnormality specific things like Regenerationn and limited power null resistance. Regen especially, since The Claw isn't really a unique dude so much as a character. Someone had killed 2 in one instance in the backstory.

Also yeah, same issue I had with the fixers. I think that's why I left them as Possibly only but would've been fine with their removal. Power Null.... I think only comes from the Meltdown Quilpth thingies I'm fine with the removal of those too

Gebura/Kali killed 2 claws during the attack on the corp. Either she or Binah/Garion mentioned it, don't remember which
