Citation for Dialga and Palkia

I see there are pictures, but I can't access them, as it leads me to "Image Shack" or something like that. Where is it stated they could destroy and create a universe? And where's the statement Dialga stabilizes time with a heartbeat or Palkia stabilizes reality with a breath? I can't find either of these.

Sorry guys, I can't find the manga feat nor the dex entries. All I can find is that Dialga can control time. Do you have a link to anything that'd help?

I can't find it... It's probably on there, I'm just not great at scavenge hunting.

It may work for you, but it takes me to ImageShack, and it shows me zero images. All it does is tell me to upload my first images. :/

It's in six of the thirteen game dex entries on Dialga's bulbapedia page.

There are two imageshack links on Dialga's page. Those are broken. Every other link, including the manga feat, is not on imageshack and works fine.
