Well Star negates regen but not as good as Chowder's. With Chowder in-character it's unlikely that he would use any potent hax off the bat while Star's a capable fighter, but her wincons rely on BFR, Transmutation, and maaaaaybe memory erasure since she's not getting past Type 8. Star could take advantage of Chowder's low intelligence at first but then again he does have Brain Grub. Chowder also outranges, but then again Star is more durable. Both of them have to rely on non-AP abilities that they don't start with to beat the other so I guess it really depends. I can, however, see Star in-character turning Chowder into a snake before Chowder changing the plot of his episode in-character. Not voting just yet though.

Chowder thinks, he is a supergenius and not dumb here and the 1st thing he did with it in character was offensively plothax. So he plothaxes her to death

Gonna agree with Blue that he outhaxes her. He can delete entire episodes and exit himself from the plot like its Re:Creators or something.
