Listen, the first thread involving Custodian Consequence was also rudely written. I'm just following along with the theme here. Still, sorry @Kisaragi_Megumi

A bright flash was emitted for a split second, followed by a loud and angry growl. Chisato quickly pulled her hand out from the chute, showing the picture she took to the death knight.

"Yup, there's a giant trash monster in there" the secret agent said, brushing the gunk from her hand and phone.
"Well that's certainly a hazard" the maintenance worker replied.

"Why is the chute human-sized anyway? You know you can just use smaller trash bags, right?".
"Hmm... I'll bring that up to my employer. For now, let's try and fix something we can".

Chisato sighed, removing the safety from her handgun before loading a clip into it. She was also offered a tank of gasoline and some matches with the death knight explaining "Once you're done, burn it to a crisp. Most things are weak to fire anyway". With that, she quickly slid in, landing on a pile of trash bags. Thankfully it wasn't the ones filled with recyclable metal or organics. A familiar roar was heard, the one framed as nothing more but a phone video.

Every CC thread needs to be rudely written, it is such a...trashy character after all.

CC has the Lifting Strength Advantage by a large margin, and grappling, grabbing, and eventually absorbing is its favorite method of attack, so that's probably a win if it ever gets its grubby hands on her, and Chisato's cyberization doesn't seem to be the type that would save her from poison damage from Excrement. Can't forget that while Chisato's got acrobatics and Analytical Prediction on her side for mobility and dodging, Easy Prey makes foes easier to land hits on, so she might be less graceful while dodging than she expects to be.

...But that's where the advantages probably end. Because CC's 1,392,510 Joules while it looks like Chisato's 1,895,449, so there's only a 1.3x difference, meaning they're physically fairly evenly matched. And just because Easy Prey helps with landing hits, it doesn't mean it will totally negate Chisato's analytical prediction, acrobatics, and seemingly superior skill and intelligence. CC's dangerous, but not clearly intelligent, so odds are Chisato will make generally better moves in battle. It also doesn't help that the range is a decent distance and Chisato has her a gun, which even with rubber bullets means she has a longer ranged attack option compared to CC's Excrement attack. CC's likely not dodging bullets as often as Chisato's dodging filth being flung her way. Plus her first aid kit likely will have something to assist her should she get hit with anything. Plus CC's mobility isn't well defined, we've never seen it leave the dumpster, just grab at foes near where it's set up, so all Chisato needs to do to totally negate the LS advantage is to realize that she's more mobile in the first place and keep her range, which isn't a bad assumption to make in a fight like this, right?

I think I handily vote Chisato. Her range, her skill, her intelligence, and her abilities likely being more potent and varied than Marked Prey can help with means she can likely wear CC down and avoid its LS the entire time. CC likely will struggle to land hits to get that poison effect at range, and Chisato doesn't seem likely to get grabbed for the LS win.
