Chidaruma 2-C downgrade

Chidaruma's profile states that he created multiple universes including Hell and the Sorcerers Realm, but I read the whole manga and it never was stated or implied, there is also no evidence that Sorcerers Realm is larger than a planet and the sun, and size of Hell is unknown.

So either prove that Chidaruma really made multiple universes or downgrade him to At least 9-B. Because he scales beyond Kaimen who was hardly able to fight a Devil.

Also, the state of the verse is very bad and there is no scan in the profiles. Maybe after this thread I would try to revise verse, but because I read the manga 1-2 years ago it is hard.
