Chi Chi vs Videl (Videl is allowed to use her flight and Chi Chi is not allowed any weapons)

Chi Chi and Videl fight to see who would win. The fight will continue until one of them is too beaten to move. Remember that Chi Chi might be only slightly weaker than Roshi (outside of Super), but she has absolutely no ki control whatsoever, while Videl has flight, and while Chi Chi may be faster than Videl on foot, Videl is much faster when she's in the air. Will Videl be able to defeat Chi Chi due to her aerial advantage, or will Chi Chi's strength win out?

Chi Chi stomps.

Sure Videl might have flight, but her Ki Control isn't anything special and wouldnt make a difference. She showed no signs of being able to throw barrages of Ki Blasts.

Besides she would eventually tire out from being in the air like she did in the Buu Arc and then Chi Chi would one-shot.

There's also the probability Chi Chi would blitz before Videl goes to the air.

Even with Videl flying, Chi-Chi more than capable of clearing the distance given her jumping feat against Goku and then knock Videl out in the air but she could just blitz her if she can do anything regardless like the user above mentioned this won't even be a fight.
