Chi-Chi has a one-shot advantage over 23rd Budokai King Chappa, who has an unqualified three year training advantage over 22nd Budokai King Chappa, who Roshi and Yamcha initially believed could take on a Goku, who had a stomp advantage over Tao Pai Pai, who has a one-shot advantage over General Blue, who scales to 3.72 tons of TNT.

Since forcefields are presumably restricted, that means her dura negation is restricted and all she can do is punch people
if Sue goes invisible, Chi Chi can't really do anything, but once Sue tries attacking her Chi Chi grabs her arm and tears her into bloody chunks
