Although the first confrontation in the episode "Hide and Be Sneaky" (https://totaldrama.fandom.com/wiki/Hide_and_Be_Sneaky ) is more of a draw than a win in either combatant's favors, as despite the wiki marking the confrontation as a win for Chef, in reality Izzy defeated Chef in combat whereas Chef would ultimately catch up to Izzy in the challenge. But given the the times Chef had one over Izzy were earlier than the times Izzy had one over Chef, it would be apparent that Izzy evolved strength-wise to where Izzy would soon get the edge over Chef. Basically the track record goes like this.:
Hide and Be Sneaky: Tie (1-1) (Izzy managed to beat Chef in combat whereas Chef managed to catch her in the challenge proper.)
Alien Resurreggtion: Chef (2-1) (Chef managed to beat Izzy in a paintball gun battle)
The Aftermath I: Izzy (2-2) (Izzy sucker-punched Chef with a kick, so no combat was involved)
The Aftermath II: Izzy (2-3) (Izzy evaded Chef and baited him into a pool of piranhas before running away)
Bridgette Over Troubled Waters: Izzy (2-4) (An actual combat win; Izzy managed to catch Chef off-guard by hitting him with a third arm)
