Comparing the audio of Kevin's stronger scream to Ultimate Echo Echo, they don't match.





If anything, it sounds more like a Kevin amped Echo Echo.

Wouldn't that be enough to say that Kevin had the powers of all aliens, even Ultimates? He showed ultimate abilities (Spidermonkey's) and other aliens that weren't visually on him?

It's iffy for me. Conservatively, I would prefer to only apply powers/abilities that are demonstrable as absorbed, as demonstrated by lack of Alien X DNA and lack of many other Ultimate Alien Traits. But, if other staff think it's fine to include all the Ultimate Aliens, then I don't mind it.

Wouldn't it also apply to his physicality since he could damage and fight on par with Malware, even before using his cosmic rays? Malware's 3rd form should be superior to any of Upgrade's forms.

It is self explanatory that Way Big would scale from that, not only he stomped Malware, but he also has survived his own Cosmkcc Ray.
