Are you taking this seriously? Well, if this is 8-A Charizard, it's a decisive win for Satellizer. Low 7-B is... another matter. Assuming she can damage him, range advantage and speed equalization will allow Satellizer to camp from afar and damage him gradually. Stamina advantage is on her side, but it should still be quite the fierce battle.
High 6-C Charizard shouldn't be beatable.

Satelizer is massively hypersonic (Mach 5 plus) through scalling. 2nd year fodder Pandora can dodge bullets and Stella is stronger than Cassie, who can move faster than Mach 3
