This is all so confusing. So there's literally no other Post-Flashpoint profile other than Batman when it comes to street level...
 
The categories at the bottom of the pages all need to be updated from tier 8 to tier 9 in conjunction with the statistics, yes.
 
Anyway, this thread has reached 500 replies soon, so after the DC Comics revisions are done, I or somebody else will have to restart it.

The only problem I see with it is that, as I recall, said nuke ended up killing him, it was supposedly a miracle he even survived at all and the only thing that kept him going was sheer willpower (he needed to tell the other heroes about Ultron's secret). That might suggest his average AP would be slightly lower than 3,235 Tons, tho at least it gives us a good image on his upper limit. Either way I think his Small Town level tiering looks solid enough
 
We should probably not place his durability at Small Town level+ if the explosion almost killed him.
 
 
Ok. Joker is the only one incomplete due to also being locked. I'll go around and change the Striking Strength values properly.

Yep. His justification is different, and he doesn't explicitly scale to anyone. Why, do you reckon he should be downgraded too?

(will happily admit that i've never heard of him)

Those don't qualify for 8-C on their own, and likely need calculations. Putting Azrael at 9-A seems safest
 
In all fairness to cage, he survived long enough to hop onto a plane and pilot it from New York to Antarctica even tho he didn't know how, crash landed miles outside of the Savage Land, and crawled all the way to his destination so he could rely his message to the rest of the Avengers, all of which took place 8 days after he was hit by the nuke.

I agree he shouldn't be scaled to the full power of the nuke considering he was probably severly damaged from it and ended up dying after the fact but personally, given the nuke had a potency of 3,235 Tons, I'd think he'd still qualify for at least Baseline Small Town Level. Perhaps an At Least 8-A, Possibly Low 7-C would be a good compromise
 
I suppose that a baseline Small Town level without a + sign seems acceptable for Luke Cage then.
 
Although with all that in mind, it was still a complete miracle he survived at all suggesting this is slightly above his normal paygrade. While his normal durability levels shouldn't be to far off from this, Cage is most often portrayed as having a higher durability compared to his strength level. It might suggest his AP would be even lower than this and most likely in the 8-A range. I'm fine with either rating but I'll let you decide which is best for his rating.
