Should I also make the thread official by sticking it at the top of the sub-forum and adding a link to it to our wiki navigation bar?

I added the following rule text:

"Pinging is not allowed in this thread, and the bumping of specific posts should only be done with intervals of at least 15 days."

Is that acceptable, or should it be modified?

Basically no match ups that are fan/original character (from FC/OC vs wiki) vs official character.
