Are we gonna talk competitive pokemon here because that can change the tides dramatically. Cynthia's Garchomp has the speed advantage against EVERY single Poke Iris has, and has something super effective for all of them, sweeping them. Cynthia has Earthquake, Dragon Claw (I think? some powerful Dragon move), and Brick Break on her Garchizzle. So Dragon Claws for the Dragon Poke's, Brick Break for Lapras, Aggron, and in a way Archeops. This single mon can preform an entire sweep on Iris's team.
If Garchizzle goes down, Lucario has a decent speed advantage overall to take out a decent amount on guys, it's Fighting/Steel typing is capable of taking out Archeops, Aggron, Hydreigon, AND Lapras. Milotic has Ice Beam if I recall to take out half the team too

I'm not entirely sure how to respond to this, so i'll just count your vote and there we go.

It's Dragon Rush, which is stronger than Dragon Claw and can cause flinching. But yeah, it has a seriously good matchup vs Iris' team, being superior to her own dragons due to its speed + power and nailing Aggron with Earthquake. Lucario also has a great matchup vs Archeops, Hydreigon, Aggron and Lapras due to resisting their main moves and being able to expose their weaknesses w/ fighting or steel moves. None of her other Pokemon do terribly against Iris' team either. Cynthia is also the more experienced trainer, and furthermore has higher levelled Pokemon. So she should take this imo
