Axetinguisher and Phlog are things that look enticing on paper, but are functionally not so great sidegrades in practice so it definitely isn't something people think of.
Anyways, full 8-C TF2 is kinda crazy. Either way Pyro seems to have this solidly. Pyro FRA.

the buildup can be a bit crazy but given that Pyro has the full arsenal in standard equipment, it gives leeway for his crazier hax like dura neg
