That doesnt actually disqualify it from using kinetic energy per our standards. What does, however, is the multiple gunshot wounds on regular people and makima showing holes nowhere near the size suggested in the calculation.

Well, I mean it's bullets could varies in size, weirdly so, but plausible. We have people being shot through the heart 1km away without visible bullet hole (is this just dura neg?) while Makima has quite big ones, or the Gun Devil's flesh looks just like normal sized bullets. Also the number of bullets used to measure Gun Devil's mass was counted to be 57 (edit: on one belt, but again it has like 6 belts, still shouldn't be enough and wouldn't explain the different bullet hole sizes), meaning Gun Devil couldn't have destroyed a town worth of buildings, killing that amount of people and shooting dozens to hundreds of bullets at Makima without the bullet count being at the thousands range. Meaning the Gun Devil must have used a different kind of bullets than the one shown on it's body.
Eh, of course that means we wouldn't know exactly how fast those bullets would go, but eh, we also know that usually the bigger a thing is for Gun Devil, the stronger it is (Gun Goddess's bullet travel at stupid speed, or 100% Gun Devil being fast enough to hurt/burn itself). Could even argue that Gun Devil is supposed to have better AP than Gun Fiend who easily replicated it's H8-C feat with a smaller Gun and smaller bullet (assume so based on what's logically possible for the size of the gun) than what Gun Devil has.
So maybe Gun Devil could miraculously summon different types of bullets after all, and it has never shown to use any of it's strong ones (or maybe it did and we don't know).
Edit: Also noticed that Gun Devil literally used 0 of those bullets.

Snake Carrying Punishment is Class M (2,549,918.944 kg), which makes sense given 20% Gun's weight and how the mass of bodies is literally the size of 20% Gun in the shot. So from what I can gather, the LS looks something like:
- Hybrid Reze and those similar upscale to Class K / 100,000 kg from Violence's Pothole. (~95,000 kg)
- Makima, Nighttime Santa (ignoring when weakened by fire), and Gun are Class M from Snake's calc.
- Awakened Pochita's Class G from his heart throw, and Primals scale above that.

Could we not just use the speed that the Gun Devil came to a stop in Nikaho for a lifting strength value? Initial energy = 3.8286375e+13 J, Deceleration = (5750/1 sec) =5750 m/s^2, Force = 2.316e6 kg*5750 = 1.3317*10^10 Newtons (Class G)

Impressives abs considering 20% Gun Devil doesn’t even have abs, just skulls and ribs.
The other idea that came to mind was that 20% Gun moved on its ammo-belts like the Founding Titan and its centipede ribs, only more octopus-like.

I don't know; But if we're accepting the current Class M value because it can float with all its mass I see no reason why we can't apply the same logic to it accelerating and decelerating with all its mass.

It's an artifact. You're not allowed to use LS based just on body weight iirc, otherwise Snake would be Class G based purely on size.
Also I don't like [force character is capable of withstanding = force character is capable of exerting outward] logic I see going around. One's resistance to compression of frame, the other's how much one can lift, even if momentarily.

I don't think the Gun Devil would operate like a human. It's just scaling to its own weight, and it's clear that it can carry itself just fine.

That by itself is fine, but that's Class M and Punishment's slightly bigger than that so it'd scale to that instead, but it's the Class G from it going from zooming to stopping that I don't like.
I don't think using speed feats for acceleration/deceleration for Lifting Strength is allowed anyway.

If that's the case then it should be removed yes? Are we waiting for the big CRT to do that? Also regardless the 100% Gun Devil should scale in lifting strength from it's speed as it actually had legs to propel itself in that form. The Gun Devil was literally falling apart at that speed, it would absolutely not scale. In addition, its unclear of how it was accelerating/decelerating during its five minute tenure- Mach 300 is just the average and assuming it got to that in one second is based on nothing.

But yeah it's definitely not allowed since most speed feats have characters go from 0 to Mach. Brazilian in fractions of a second, this leads to absurdly high acceleration and thus absurdly high force combined with character body-weight.

It had to have reached that speed in order to start falling apart by moving with his legs, but I see your point. Still we can lowball it by saying it took the entire 5 minutes to decelerate. Initial energy = 6.66852876*10^16 J, Deceleration = (107313.452123/300 sec) =357.7115071 m/s^2, Force = 11581150.16 kg*357.7115071 = 4.14271068*10^9 Newtons (Class M). Still results in an upgrade.

1. No evidence of Public Safety Uniforms being "vaporized," we simply never see the squad's bodies thanks to the smoke.
2. No evidence of Nomo's uniform being damaged, as it's likely he had to take in off in order to tourniquet his stump. In addition, Nomo's face is fine, so either Nomo's face is as tough as Fumiko's midriff, or the explosion wasn't strong enough to vaporize his uniform.
Until/unless the Reze Movie debunks this, Reze's self-destruction and sparks don't get PS Uniform Multi-City Block level upscaling. Especially considering her sparks couldn't destroy Denji's chain (Ch. 51), while Katana Man could (Ch. 37)
