I think there are three possibilities in this: first, the moon weapon, second, the moon devil, and third, the America devil.

To be fair America Devil would make more sense than moon devil, especially with specifically the moon cracking under the flag

It's all one attack/explosion that was hyper stylized, she creates it by exploding hundreds of her colored explosives simultaneously... and she did not exactly have the set up to do it thrice over so it's all from one initial energy discharge, not three.

Reze should get it as a special rating in her AP for it but accounting for Denji tanking it when it behaves almost like an explosion beam is gonna be another story.

I don’t think that calc makes sense btw, it’s calcing statueing a devil that didn’t get statued… the leg literally changes from fully clocked back readying for a kick to almost straight— though did get speed blitzed.

Doubt it, looking at the panel it just looks like the leg moved a bit after being sliced off, hence we see a diff angle of it.

Not to be that guy, but denji was already relative in reaction speed to the katana man dash, Reze already should have been at the katana man dash speed since she’s at least relative to Denji, possibly a blitz tier above if we count movie only scenes.

This makes the feat a showing of raw battle intelligence rather than actual reaction speed, because all Denji is really doing is extending his leg outward for Katana Man to run into it.

Devils have power because of how feared they are, right? Like Darkness, Pochita, Typhoon, Reze and so on all can output that much specific energy because their power in general is dictated by how much they're feared. If this isn't the case, why not?

yes I read that a lot of times but I don't see how it attacks my point, why is "power" just restricted to strength and not like the full extent of power because thats what power is?
 
Massively Hypersonic Reze at the cost of the big boom being delayed a bit more. Though this is speed via explosion boosting unlike the previous one, unsure if the 3.X times difference can be applied as a multiplier to her base speed using explosions.

It struck me that Denji has a revolving chainsaw on his face that gets statued so the feat got salvaged. The blog is not quite done for it to be checked cuz I wanna try adding a couple things and need to clean it up but yeah that part should be fine.

I'll probably move it to a new blog post due to the name as I use some of the same measurements for both calcs.
 
If your end result does end up being MHS, it overturns my evil scheme to make Katana Man get a win against Reze. The numbers do not really scale to anyone but Reze regardless. It comes down to how fast she can get while applying her hybrid abilities. Think of Katana Man's sword draw dash, then Reze using her explosions and after that you have Denji or Pochita with their chains.

Sword draw dash -> Explosion -> Chains for Weakened Pochita. The scaling all flows.

Yeah, it should stay in the MHS range I think? The only things I'd try are stuff that would maybe increase the result a bit, not lower it. That and things that would be a different rating like the explosive speeds there and the AP of those small explosions which might come out city block level due to the speed at which they expand despite being small... just a lot of concentrated energy (it's more helpful because Denji's City Block calc is outdated and uses old destruction values)
