Chad gets more Chad

So was looking at some Bleach profiles and noticed this calc. For some reason that I am currently unaware of, we use the low end of the calc despite vapor being shown from the crater (1st pic, 2nd panel) and also Chad's fist (2nd pic, 1st and 2nd panel) with the crater clearly being scorched/melted.
This simply changes Chad's tier from High 8-C to 8-A which fits with our current scaling as he is still below Lieutenants (7-C via this feat/calc) and can one shot 3rd seats (8-? via being at least BoS Ichigo).
