Ceriza vs Sol

This is actually a very close fight. Physically theyre basically equal, and Sol's resistance to mind and soul attacks negs Bayo's Sloth Swords and Shuraba, and poison resistance takes care of Kafka. That still leaves Bayo's time manip and atomic destruction, which would bypass his regen quite nicely and if he resurrects she BFRs him

just leaving this here for reference
 
I am gonna lean on Bayonetta here, Sol has a good number of counters to all but Bayo's time tricks and BFR are too major an advantage for him to address.
