Sounds like Motaro would win due to actually fighting and more variety, although it is possible that Centorea is higher, I haven't had the occasion to looks into tha feats deeper.

The funny thing is that Centorea can actually cut concreate with Claymore replica while cutting door. I think it will depend more on Centorea weaponry. If she will go in her full plate, shield and sword she can win. Otherwise I think she is on the short side of the stick. The manga does not depict her as capable H2H fighter.
