Why would any layers of soul manip (or any other ability for that matter) stop them from being affected by another ability that they lack a resistance to?

Idk where NLF it is, it only work against resistance thar it show to work, if you don't have feat of negating X manipulation resistance you certainly can't negate said resistance in matches, it is not like everyone here claims RN neg every resistances available. Layer is a completely different thing, by Gilver logic, you can't power null a hax simply because it have high layers despite your opponent have no resistance to power null because muh you can't power my ability cause you have no feat nullifying ability with Z layers

There is also history and information type 2 erasure, history erasure just retroactively erase Dante across time to the point he never even exist in the first place, it can erase even the events leading to his birth and his mother to make it like he never even born, no more Dante's soul...

IIRC Qawsed actually referred to that in the Goku vs Kratos thread too. It pertains more to time travelling which is within Goku’s kit and he does actively use it. Well I think that’s my perspective and interpretation of it, I could be wrong. But yeah Goku’s higher temporal speed still holds up, this should probably be closed since no new arguments have been made.
