A Neanderthal is travelling through the barren Ice Age after being separated from his tribe. Suddenly In the distance he notices a large creature moving quickly across the landscape. Suddenly the creature notices him and he has to prepare for a fight.

Rules:
Fight takes place in a forest tundra
Herrerasaurus has it's peak human lifting strength
Neanderthal has a spear
SBA for everything else

You could argue the Dino being able to just outspeed and overpower the Caveman with its higher LS before taking a bite out of him but he does have the short burst and reaction speed to tag it and I see him winning this more often than not with his superior range with the spear (which is probably heavier and longer than the average spear given his LS justification), higher intelligence, stamina, and experience fighting predators that are stronger than himself.
