I know this is more of a subjective reality achievement. But the wiki page says cause and effect can turn in its favour. "The user can direct any cause to any effect, reverse the cause/effect relationship to undo anything, or even completely separate them, making it impossible for a particular effect or for a particular cause to have no effect".

Izanagi deletes an unwanted result and then selects the most desired result, eg. delete one's death and change the outcome of the opponent's attack, the result of wounding
there must be both subjective reality and causality manipulation

but why not both subjective reality and causality manipulation?
Because Subjective Reality as an ability already covers everything that Izanagi can do.
Read this excerpt from the Subjective Reality page:
  • Negation: By making a recent event unreal, the user is capable to undo and erase any consequence produced by it. The user could be capable to negate attacks, injuries and even death.
