We have categories for wrestlers, boxers and even brawlers, so I was thinking that we could have categories for pratictioners of other popular fighting styles too, such as kung fu, muay thai, taekwondo, sumo, capoeira and so on.
The name could be X fighting style Users or Pratictioners.
Characters who use (entirely or partially) made-up fighting styles, without any specific confirmation, should just have the evergreen martial artists category.

As always when talking about adding a category, it's not something to be added immediately to the dozens of profiles we have, it can be done overtime by volunteers etc.., the amount of workload needed to cover all our pages shouldn't be an argument, considering how many of them are lacking one or more categories that would fit them.

I'd say specific types of Kung Fu and Wrestling should stay under a broader category, because every martial art is divided into sub-types, and making a category for each is too much.

I mean she would be in Martail artist instead as it her own sty (martial artists category)
Deja use Capo kick with out dancing and Snake hand without Traditional form or stance.
Deja use made-up fighting styles. (Agree?)
Except she still consider a wrestler because Those matial arts she use already in professional wresling (Not real fight or sport)
Like tajiri & steve blackman from WWE verse.

There's a bunch a martial arts out there, several of which share the same principle with others. What specific styles do you have in mind?

Those that are widely recognized as major styles, such as those listed in the op.

Specific variations and subtypes would be included in the main category they better fit (like the many types of karate and kung fu), while styles that are too niche (such as, idk, savate), will have a category only if enough wiki pages would have it.
For example, our wrestling category includes standard wrestling and professional wrestling, the latter then including lucha and all other variations.
