"A-ah your up!" Palaria said, trying to hide the mana sickness a little as to not make him worry too
"I can detect mana you know? No need to hide of it, I'm really sorry for what happens before in the spar. I hope I can make it up to you" Say Rakih clearly guilty.

Shalai breathed out "I don't really know you so." She said
"Do you want to ask me about my magic and cultivation?"

"It is not a suicide! It is power increasing with risk!"
"You basically paraphrased what I said, kid...

No matter how much you put it, whether suicide or self-torture...

[You] gotta remember what Llarinus said:

Pursuit of Power often ends in ruin" she said before taking another sip.

"Hah, my pursuit of power is to survive and live my life into it's fullest"

Sena began thinking back to the conversation she had with Rakih in regards to her sword. Was there really some hidden secret within it. If that really was the case how would she go about finding it. She had no hints or leads whatsoever if this was even real. Then Sena decided to meditate, trying to clear her doubts and worries about what was to come.

Neron in these moments hate his own infinite resistance, made it unbearable to spend time alone doing nothing.

"There be someone to interact, right? " He said as he walked

And just like that, she went to find some random corner or bench to drop asleep on. Strange woman, that Aura was. But her heart was good and true.
“Every other color fades away when I close my eyes...but a hint of red remains. To tell the truth, it's not there. Black is all I see. But I remember the red. Too vivid, too red for these eyes to forget. Poets have an idiom for every damn thing, bet they got one for this. Snapping my fingers, I got it. A sight burned into my eyes. <scoffs> Oh, we're getting there now. I know I am because my arms always feel heavier when I sleep. Skin's cooling down. Within, I'm on fire. This never feels...anything like fighting....”
Off to sleep, she further drifts.

"Do you want to ask me about my magic and cultivation?"
"Y-yeah... it's fine... we both went too far..." Palaria murmured, clearly hiding her full thoughts on the matter

"No, if I'm going to be honest I pretty much think you're an idiot." Shalai said honestly as she took Palaria's hand and began checking up on it "did you take the pill?"

"Yeah... was I not supposed to?"

"No, I asked because this isn't the normal amount of Mana Exhaustion from you doing a lot." Shalai said "I shouldn't have to reiterate this but pace yourself, you're gonna get yourself killed like that."

"Sorry..." Palaria murmured

"I'm sorry to hear that. I wish I could help you but I don't think I'm going to be providing much in the way of entertainment." she says being a bit tired of the days events and still having a number of thoughts racing through her mind.

“In that case I should be able to help.” She said showing this as a good opportunity to get closer to another teammate. “Was there anything in particular you wanted to talk about?”

"Well, tell me about yourself, I think you're among the first 10 humans I've ever met"

“In that case let’s see. You already know I’m an expert swordswoman. Been training with them since I was a little girl. Back then no one really seemed interested besides me and my grandfather. Most people just saw it as outdated or a waste of time, but I really loved it. That feeling of getting better and learning something new made me feel great. When people discovered mana and started using it I started training with that too. It was like a whole new world opened up to me. I even figured I’d be able to get some people interested in sword fighting again if I started to combine them. Unfortunately before I got to that point the Calamity happened. Since then I started training even harder for everyone else’s sake rather than my own.” Sena said not even realising she was rambling at this point.

"Soooo, what we are gonna do now?"
"Dunno, I could kick your shins repeatedly becuase you act like an idiot, but I shouldn't leave you two alon-"

"Shut up we literally just met!" Palaria said, jumping out of her chair and raising her voice at Shalai who was snickering in her sleeve

"..."

"What did just happen?"

Neron smiled.

"Oh great, maybe I can help you with that, I don't mind helping a friend and learn swordsmanship"

"I know" Say Rakih as he rise from the bed "Thank you Palaria for your help, if you need anything from me. Just ask"
"All right." Palaria said

"Llarinus should know when our first mission is." Palaria then while Shalai breathed out

"I need to calibrate Something before we go out anyway." Shalai said, reaching to her side and reached into a pocket and pulled out a highly modified Glock pistol, which she began to touch the inside of with careful precision, if anyone managed to see, it was definitely engineering way beyond what any of them could really understand

Victoria didn't bother to check the insides of the mysterious gun, but was slightly curious about it.

"Hmmmm... looks kinda neat...." she said, taking another sip of her coffee.

Aiko was in a room it was dark and extremely scary looking. Inside he was working on some inventions or something, working on mana and trying to understand its core and how it works. He had some equipment that would help him but not enough for him to actually make decent progress. He didnt have time to have fun or practice no he had to understand it he has to find he had to learn!
