"Well, I'll put it that on the list" Darren said"Well, I'm not sure but I think that when the magic began to bloom in a radiant way in some way so as not to kill humans from the high doses it was redirected towards the earth in a way that, due to how exotic it is, ended up giving us life, that is what I believe and the truth I feel that it is so due i am made of living sand"
"Huh, when did you get here?"Aiko sits and watches from his seat I guess. While waiting he tries not to fall a sleep
“The boss didn't hit you on the head. Didn't hit me either. Yep, everything's alright!” A bit of light-hearted with a pinch of cheeky, Aura's tension dissipates from body and words. Like a gust of wind blowing candles away, the dust cloud disperses what fire yet remained. “Don't get me wrong. That just now? Not enough to finish either you or me off, but one wrong step and it could sting a bit much for our first day's bout, don't you think?”Sena noticed the shift from offence to pure defence and grows concerned. At the last moment she redirects causing her sword to slash the air in front of Aura instead. The electricity from it kicks up a cloud of dust as Sena pushed herself back. As she lands once again she calls out, “Everything alright?”

“No, no, no no no. No! I hate stalemates. And I gave up. We'll call it your win. Which means... That you have to promise me a rematch another day! Sounds good?” With the brightest smile a supposed loser could show to her rival, Aura takes the hand offered with both of her own. Shaking it on the spot, filled with energy! “We should join the others.”Sena smiled and nodded, “I suppose you’re right. Shouldn’t let ourselves get too banged up before we even get a mission.” She sheaths her sword and walks over to Aura, “I guess we just call it a draw this time,” Sena added offering her teammate a handshake.
"They're outside now" Darren commented, leaving the room to see where Rakih and Palaria had ended up at.“We should join the others.”
(They ain't in the room no more lol)"Go ahead! There's still plenty of space" Darren offered, turning his attention to Rakih and Palaria
"Just one more..."
“If that’s alright with you then it’s fine by me. I was having a blast so I’d love to do it again sometime.” Sena said with a smile.“No, no, no no no. No! I hate stalemates. And I gave up. “You weren't the one fighting unarmed, but that threw me for a loop better than any grappler ever did. If my Shifu were here, he'd say it's my own fault ‘for assuming that the opposing eagle's talons hide in plain sight.’” Though without interruption to her steps, Aura shook her head. Like some sort of pendulum, her braided ponytail swayed. “So let me get this straight. What you're telling me is that I helped someone LEARN? That's the end of the world for you.”“If that’s alright with you then it’s fine by me. I was having a blast so I’d love to do it again sometime.” Sena said with a smile.
After the handshake she continued, “Yeah I suppose we should head back to the others,” and began walking. “You know, I’d never thought of using my ice as an impromptu shield before but that fight pushed me into coming up with something new. Without that and my gravity tricks I’d have taken quite the beating.”
It seemed quite clear that Palaria had taken Rakih to her room to treat his wounds"They're outside now" Darren commented, leaving the room to see where Rakih and Palaria had ended up at.
"Just one more..."
“Experiences like that fight can be both good teachers and motivators. I don’t think it’s all that strange that I was able to come up with something new from it,” Sena said as she continued walking to join up with the others of the group.“You weren't the one fighting unarmed, but that threw me for a loop better than any grappler ever did. “And I learned that shock therapy is not my cup of tea!” Low frequency electrotherapy is what Aura was actually thinking about, but I'll let it slide. “Next time we'll be the ones teaching the rogue weather reports out there a thing or two! Hiyah!” Again, she punched the air. Again, out of nowhere. “The others sure left us behind.” They should have caught up to the right door by now, right?“Experiences like that fight can be both good teachers and motivators. “Wonder what brought each of us here.” The thought is dissonant to the conversation had up until the moment it was heard. Too late Aura realized that she gave voice to something meant to remain a thought. Bringing hand to her head and scratching at her hair, the girl looked away. “I just said that out loud, didn't I? Shit. Sorry to kill the mood. But times like these, even a dumbass like me ends up thinking. End of the world is a big deal, but there's gotta be something else we're all looking for when we're still fighting after it. Don'tcha think?”“Guess so. Seems our fight lasted quite a while.” Sena said as she continued walking down the hall, keeping an eye out for any of the others.
"A, thanks. Go for it""Your burns yawn need to be dealt with." Palaria said, getting to work immediately
Palaria was quick in starting, from her care the burns quickly began healing and feeling much better"A, thanks. Go for it"
Rakih see at his still healing burns "Feel quite good"Palaria was quick in starting, from her care the burns quickly began healing and feeling much better
"This is an experimental treatment, how are your burns feeling?" Palaria asked
"Good, minimal resources and they're common too. Thank you for being an unknowing guinea pig." Palaria said, some amusement in her voiceRakih see at his still healing burns "Feel quite good"
“Something else we’re looking for,” Sena repeated, contemplating the words. The reason I fight is to protect as many people as I can, or is there more to it, She thought to herself. She had never really considered her motives beyond that basic idea. Was there something else she was trying to get out of all this. “There has to be some reason that we chose to walk the paths we did. A reason to keep on fighting, even if it isn’t clear just yet.” She finally responded, not really knowing how to articulate her thoughts.“Wonder what brought each of us here.” The thought is dissonant to the conversation had up until the moment it was heard. Rakih laughed "Hah, screw you. But thanks anyway""Good, minimal resources and they're common too. Thank you for being an unknowing guinea pig." Palaria said, some amusement in her voice
"Worst that could've happened was nothing, I've been testing that stuff on myself and refining it." Palaria respondedRakih laughed "Hah, screw you. But thanks anyway"
Rakih don't know what to feel at that "Isn't that dangerous for you? What will happen if it's turnout that the effect you get is not the one you expect? What will happen if the effect is dangerous?""Worst that could've happened was nothing, I've been testing that stuff on myself and refining it." Palaria responded
"I'm a scientist Rakih, I've used myself as a guinea pig more times then I'd like to admit, and the best way to test stuff like that is on yourself." Palaria said, nodding in response to his caution, and smiling "Thank you for caringRakih don't know what to feel at that "Isn't that dangerous for you? "Just use my body for that, my pain tolerance and endurance is the best"
"No problem" says Rakih "Can I go outside now? I think I need to meet the others and train for now""I'm a scientist Rakih, I've used myself as a guinea pig more times then I'd like to admit, and the best way to test stuff like that is on yourself." Palaria said, nodding in response to his caution, and smiling "Thank you for caring
Palaria shook her head "you're still recovering from everything else, and your lower body isn't even treated, light application of this should do." Palaria said, handing him a small tin of the rather clear stuff she used and taking a step back"No problem" says Rakih "Can I go outside now? I think I need to meet the others and train for now"
"Alright, I think I need to rest now. Are you really okay with me resting in your room?"Palaria shook her head "you're still recovering from everything else, and your lower body isn't even treated, light application of this should do." Palaria said, handing him a small tin of the rather clear stuff she used and taking a step back
"Sure, let's go" Darren said, following her along"Hey Darren, come follow me..." she said as she comes across him.
"What's more comfortable, my bed and chair or those bricks they call beds in the Barracks?" Palaria asked, rolling her eyes as she sat down in her chair"Alright, I think I need to rest now. Are you really okay with me resting in your room?"
Soon, Victoria and him arrived at a room where the said liquids were stored."Sure, let's go" Darren said, following her along
“Tough one, isn't it? Trying to answer this question breaks my brain more than any gōng'àn. But like those poems, maybe the answer is that we don't need no answer right away. All those people out there. Millions is still a big number, you know? They must all be looking for every answer in the book, some waiting for us to find them for'em. But we're all living still. That's good. That's hope. I lost much, but don't want to take my eyes off of that, too.”“Something else we’re looking for,” Sena repeated, contemplating the words. "I thought girls room are off limits for the boys""What's more comfortable, my bed and chair or those bricks they call beds in the Barracks?" Palaria asked, rolling her eyes as she sat down in her chair
"You're injured, unless you blew out your back your bed should actually support you." Palaria said
"Generally so if they're not in a relationship, but in this case my word goes above whatever they say." Palaria said bluntly"I thought girls room are off limits for the boys"
"Okay then, thanks. I will go to sleep" Rakih close his eyes and drifted into the dream land."Generally so if they're not in a relationship, but in this case my word goes above whatever they say." Palaria said bluntly
