Casuality mp neg for Ulquiorra?

I decided to open this issue in the QnA section just because I was curious and not sure. Anyway, let's move on to the topic.

Just before his VL form, Ichigo gets impaled by Ulquiorra. Orihime tries to save him, but cannot repair the hole in his middle and gives up. Is Casuality MP neg available for Ulquiorra's attacks? Just like that, Yhwach received casuality mp neg due to Orihime's failure to repair Zangetsu that he broke. So I think it's the same situation.

I don't think so. Orihime's abilities are also influenced by her mental and emotional state. During the incident when Ichigo 'died,' she wasn't in the right frame of mind. In contrast, Yhwach is different; Orihime has trained more with her abilities, and she was in a relatively stable mental state. It was explicitly shown that Yhwach destroyed it with the Almighty, and Orihime's inability to repair it was not her fault but his doing. Additionally, one could argue that White interfered in Orihime's attempt to heal Ichigo.
