Castlevania: No more running water solos :( (and Witches getting attention)

Hello.

Witches
Even a witch in training (still learning to cast spells) is capable of levitating with a broom, transforming into cats and summon cats.

So I propose that witches in general gain these abilities through scaling.

As seen here, any Witch's soul has the power to reflect projectiles and homming attacks, so I think witches in general should have this power.

Alucard and running water
Alucard has this as a weakness probably because of that thing about vampires being weak to running water.

The problem is that Alucard takes damage from the castle's water, which causes disintegration. So it's not really a weakness to water, as it has a special property.

Deconstruction (Can withstand being in the waters of Dracula's castle which can deconstruct its targets)

It would be like listing under weaknesses abilities that he has no resistance to. “But Alucard would already have resistance to that before!”, credit to Dracula then.

So unless Alucard (or another vampire) is shown taking water damage outside the castle, this should be removed.

Vampire Killer Stat Reduction
The VP has this ability because of this scene, but through these translations, it is shown that the “weakening the castle and its powers” part does not exist. And the soul ripping and magic thing would be soul hax and powernull, which the VP already has.

Then the stat reduction will be removed, and the scan will be switched to the Japanese version with the indexed translation.

Alucard - It has the weakness to running water removed.

I could be wrong on this one, but I recall Joachim was kept trapped in a room with several waterfalls in Lament of Innocence. But that really doesn't contradict the statement in the screenshot you posted, though.

@TartaChocholate that waterfall was technically a part of walter's castle, which collapsed when he and death died, similar to dracula. So it would still function under the same rules when walter's the previous dark lord.

As for the stat reduction stuff, it being magic wouldn't change the fact that it's weakening Dracula's power when magic is tied to one's strength in castlevania. Other than that, the rest looks fine.

True, had completely forgotten that the castle already had a dark lord in Walter even before Mathias became Dracula (kinda silly, given the story has Mathias essentially usurp Walter to become Dracula).

Acid would only be applicable if it’s just breaking down your body, the fact that the soul is included would mean it’s not typical acid, it would need to be something more supernatural in nature.

Being acidic or not doesn't matter.

That's not what crt is about. It involves Alucard taking water damage.

Which is actually not ordinary running water, but something that naturally causes damage.

So whether it's deconstruction or acid doesn't really matter.

You could, but you’re gonna need a translation with the scan in question so people won’t question what they’re saying. So you should use Imgur to screencap and leave the translations there
