Carl P. Accio Downgrade: I've made a horrible mistake.

I recently re-watched the fight between Kousuke Ueki and Carpaccio realized that Carl didn't actually cut through the rope itself but rather the arm of one of the statues that was holding it up. And since there is no reason to believe that arm could destroy Ueki's Hood or Kurogane I had to fix my error and downgrade him.

My bad...
