Base Naruto by the Boruto movie is superior to the base Naruto that tanked Toneri's Country level Localized Reincarnation Explosion https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:Basilisk1995/Localized_Reincarnation_Explosio. So I don't think that Carol can hurt Naruto, much less kill him.

That explosion was from Naruto's chakra, not Toneri who simply absorbed and removed it, but yes, this is a stomp.
