Gah-Goojin is 7-B consistently whilst Cap is only 7-B with his ultimate attack, and Gah is usually much stronger with higher range and stamina. His only chance is to spam his forcefield, which will exhaust him given the stamina difference. I give this to Gah-Goojin.
