Going off standard assumptions which means we're using Titan Eren vs Shielded Cap, this is gonna go on for quite a while. Titan Eren really can't do anything to his shield, while his regen and speed will keep Caps at bay....

Eren due to superior speed and size. There's nothing Cap can do if Eren decides to just grab him. Eren has multiple ways to end the fight from there.
