Also, to be clear, I'll vote for Naruto by simply being able to dura neg, spam teleportation and predict Saitama. If Saitama manages to land a single hit in Naruto, Naruto is ded, but I don't think that'd happen.

Toneri moving the moon is 199.25 exatons, not 398.5, 398.5 comes from Fused Momoshiki being 199.25+199.25

Boros is low 5-B with MB making him 1.08x stronger than Naruto, CSRC is higher than that to the point Boros thought it would be effective against Saitama after Saitama was fodderising him with basic punches and then Saitama countered with serious punch which absolutely negated CSRC. This was all done by a casual Saitama.
If that doesn't imply an at least a 10x advantage over MB Boros then idk what to say

Oh I thought that saitama was the only one upscaled for some reason, sorry he can definitely one shot. Oh well, naruto claps.

We don't use one-shot multipliers for statistics but if Saitama can one-shot someone who is stronger than Naruto, then he can one-shot Naruto as well.

Why does Boros even upscale from Orochi its near the smallest possible for upscaling and Chains of One shots aren't enough to upscale from his AP value normally. Narutos chain is many times larger and multiple times closer to the value

I guess it comes from Saitama taking Boros a lot more serious and even showing surprise at times. If you think that Naruto's case warrants upscaling, you could make a thread on that after you collect your evidence for that together.

You could still discuss with others how the evidence regarding the matter is and if there are any new arguments for that you can find. Comparing it to Boros' situation might help you find out what the decisive difference was.
