Exactly, and SSB ki cannot be sensed, therefore perfect ki control = Godly ki, unless like I said, you do a god ritual, or you're fulfilling the role of an actual god title.

Also is that cover art for the movie? If so then I believe that information gets retconned by the actual facts shown in super.

I think that The Everlasting makes sense, and we have to call regular Goku using god ki for something.
